He showed us all the options, explained the differences well, and gave us time time try out the different mattresses and adjustable bed frames we were interested in. He helped steer us to the right products for our needs without the typical sales pressure some places have.

The delivery: A, The delivery team worked well with us to ensure the heavy items made it to the bedroom without damaging our new hardwood floors. We had an issue with paint clogged threads on one of the bed frame legs. They were ready to have a new part sent out the next day but we managed to resolve the issue.

The product: A+, Both the mattress and adjustable frame are great! We’re really enjoying the ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress (especially the center zone). And the bed frame allows us to sleep with our heads raised a bit which is very comfortable and helps with my husband’s heartburn and snoring. We’re writing this review while laying in our new bed and couldn’t be more cozy."
