When I called to ask for the shipping date of the frame I got a "Can't tell you until I get a Tracking number". All I wanted to know was an estimate but it turned into a difficult and frustrating conversation. The laser is still on back-order and I have received no notice of when it will ship. The prices are very good so I might try to order again but if I have a like experience I will try to find another source."
