"I have a Juki TL98 QE that suddenly developed problems. After isolating the problem to the bobbin case/tension spring, I found the correct bobbin at Sewing Parts. In addition, I had a Janome foot that I hadn't been able to use for years: The foot is a special type of feed foot that has tiny little tractor belts. One of the belts broke almost immediately after the warranty went out, so I had an expensive foot that I could not use. While looking for the elusive bobbin, I decided to see if I could find a way to fix the foot. Eureka! They have this tiny little belt! "

Didn't even have directions on how to thread the bobbin. Extremely disappointed. It was also missing some pages. Was it worth $12.99 + tax & then had to pay shipping? No, I am in the same shape I was in when I didn't have an "Owners Manual". Only now I am out $18.77 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous!"

I emailed, I called numerous times -- the average call wait time 44 minutes-- Then when I finally got through a RUDE- agent Darla claiming to be the customer service supervisor stated my order was "going" to shipping in a few days-- when asked to quantify this she got even uglier-- I am not a new customer but am a business owner.. who would order something without a promise of delivery???
