"ordered a kamoto jo grill approx 7/30/14. it arrived within 5 days, however it had a broken firebox. Kimberly my service rep ordered another. when it arrived it was broken in 3 pieces. Kimberly ordered another . It arrived unbroken however it was the wrong size. Another was ordered and after some delays at the port my whole firebox arrived 9/11/14. "I have been searching for a deep fryer basket, when i came across your co. i called, the response that i got from the sales people was amazing. they were able to help me through my babble and excitement. I was very impress with the courtreousness and the way they help me. all the questions they were very helpfull. Most co. you call they want your business once they get your business or order they hang up as they do not have a personallty and a don't care attitude. calling shoppers choice it was a delight. the sales people and customer service that i got from the staff was unbelieveable. there geniue concern and they were very courteous and helpfull, i know i repeated myself but they made me feel like i was persin that mattered to them and they wanted me to know that they were doing there best to insure me of what i was ordering.. when an error was made in my address i called back it was corrected right away with courtsey. i don't remember all the names but all of customer service was very helpfull. was trying to send a picture of my vision glass chicken fryer so they could see. jeremy has help me(whom i have spoken to several times) was very helpfull in telling me how to contact you. so to end my statement . please give your staff a big round off applause. "The shipping company used for my order did not show up for two days. They did not use any common sense when they knew they were coming into a residential neighborhood, and proceeded to ship on an 18 wheeler. Delva, Nita and Andrew were very helpful in ensuring that the order arrived. Andrew personally delivered it at 9PM on day two, which is why I rated the shipping very good afterall. Everything about their customer service was great. Shipping company may need to be replaced."

"I had a problem with an igniter on a BBQ grill I purchased in August of 2013. Shoppers Choice pointed out that I was past the 1 year warranty when I contacted them but they said they wanted to try and get coverage regardless.
They not only pursued the effort but the following week, I had a new igniter with the warranty covering the piece and even the shipping.
