"Highly recommended! My questions following the purchase were answered promptly with a very courteous phone call. I inquired why the nikon lens was not in the original box, and the reason was that it was parted from a D200 kit (hence the $100 off retail).

"Excellent Price for a Minolta Mount Sigma EX DG 70-200 f2.8. Best price on the web infact. The order process was smooth and the questions were answered within a day. "Found a Sigma 70-300 f4-5.6 APO DG Macro on their web site. Needed to have this for a trip to Mexico so I called them in stead of ordering off the web. Person on the phone confirmed that they had them in stock and took my order...very friendly. She tried to sell me a lens filter but I declined, she's just doing her job. She did not push the issue and just continued to take my order. Product shipped that day and received it on time."

"I bought a Nikon D50. Their prices were good (better than most, not as good as stores with much poorer ratings), and it was in stock. Even though I paid for the cheapest shipping, it arrived 4 days after I put in my purchase!

1 day after I put in my purchase, the order was still in a "checking validity" state, so I emailed them. They emailed me back within a day to tell me it was shipped, and arrived here much faster than I expected.

"I purchased a Sigma 50-500 lens from this company. There are two versions of this lens, the old RF lens designer for 35mm cameras and a new improved version, the DG, that is enhanced for digital cameras. The old version was selling for $200 less, but I have a Canon Digital SLR, so I decided to spend more money for the DG version. Sigma4Less sent me the old version! I called and arranged a return and the company did send out the correct version. When I called "Mike" agreed to refund me $20 to cover my return shipping costs plus part of the difference in price between time I originally ordered and the time I finally got the correct lens (three weeks had passed and Sigma4Less had reduced the price by $20). Unfortunately, they never refunded the money. I called back several time over the next few months and they still never refunded the money. I called them yesterday, because I need to buy another lens and asked if they would knock the $20 off the price of the new lens (a Sigma 17-70 for $350). they told me they changed their account system and had no records of my previous order and therefore couldn't help me. I ordered from another company and will no longer do business with them. there are too many good companies on the web to do business with stores like this!"

"I bought a Sigma 12-24 for Nikon.
I am very confused about the product I received. It looks like an international or grey market product. It came with only one year warranty. My friend paid higher price and bought the same lens from B&H and he got a 1 year warranty + 3 year USA warranty. This was not an extended warranty by B&H but actual 4 years of Sigma warranty. B&H also probably sells grey market lenses but they clearly mark it as grey market. Sigma4Less does say the lens has only one year warranty (in the last tab not very obvious) which I did not check before purchase. If I did, I would go to B&H instead and paid extra to get the peace of mind. I would advise everybody to check the warranty and compare with an authorized dealer, before making a purchase from this store. If something looks too good to be true, it often is.

Unfortunately this lens does not come with extended US warranty of 3 years if purchased from a non certified dealer.
B & H is a certified dealer, this lens would come with total of 4 year warranty if you live in U.S.

"Typical New York scam store. They say they have it, take your money, and THEN it is magically backordered.

I purchased on the 24th. No shipping notice for 2 days. I call them; "Uh... yeah... we're...uh... out of those." "Your site said you had them in. When will you have some in?" "Yeah, sorry about that. I have no idea....we're trying to find some now..." " I would like my money back." 2 days later, still no money.(Paid via paypal) I call; "Uh yeah, we uh... got a couple in, yours shipped out." Despite the fact that I already asked for my money back. Keep in mind their site had shown out of stock for the previous two days and still did at that point. "But your site shows you're out of stock." "We got two in." (What kind of major retailer gets 2 of one of the most popular lenses at a time?!) I finally receive it and it is horribly misfocusing, and has finger prints on the lens elements.

It is obvious they were out of stock, but when they found that I wanted my money back instead of waiting for new stock, they lied and said they had one in, and sent me someone’s return. Stay away from these people. Their small discount is not worth the headaches they create.
