But the status remained "Info received" until AFTER the package arrived, which led me to believe you had notified them of your intent to ship, but hadn't actually done so. 5070 is the "order" number on my confirmation email. There was no other "invoice" number provided. Almost skipped providing feedback because of this. Still not sure if this is the correct number you are asking for. "

"Excellent experience. Item was ordered Monday, I received email confirmation of the order AND of shipment within a couple of hours. Package was at more door 3 days later. Mike in Customer Service is prompt and very courteous. Silenx made me feel like my business is important to them. Website layout is excellent: their product line is small, so the site is simple but informative. There is, apparently, real-time online support during business hours, but not many support pages for use outside of those hours: you have to send an email. Not a problem for me, but the only possible minus I can think of to write here. Product packaging was fair: item was in the corner of the box, with popcorn on one side only, so slight cosmetic damage may have been the result of shipping.
