Feb 6: an automated email was sent indicating back order

It does not take more time to pull one or two items when they are the same and these are very light no wire bras so to me it seemed like gouging to charge twice the shipping. "One key order item was never shipped to me since 12/27/2014 SkyMall order confirmation. The SkyMall Customer Service email correspondence has not been helping (and they're not showing any basic customer courtesy either). Meanwhile the 800-Skymall customer service phone line listed on SkyMall site was no longer active. The SkyMall Customer Service emails first claimed that order’d item was shipped and billed to my credit card already but they couldn't provide any proof of 'Your SkyMall Order Status - Shipped' email notification. Furthermore, the SkyMall Customer Service email reply also claimed that missing merchandise was shipped to someone else in another city/state and the whole missing delivery case became my own problem not SkyMall's. I'll have to submit the case to BBB now."
