"I ordered an item on 1/19/15 for friends who had recently gotten married. I received confirmation of my order and waited patiently for it to arrive. My credit card was charged. I then waited and waited an wrote the customer service email address multiple times asking where my order was with no response. (The phone number listed on the website states they no longer respond to calls only email. ugh!!!) Finally, after weeks and weeks of no response I finally get an email stating that they have cancelled my order and it will no longer be shipped to me. No sorry.....no help....nothing! SOOOOOOO unprofessional and I will NEVER use SkyMall again. Very Very disappointing!!!!"

"Very bad communication via email. I had to send two emails requesting shipping status and then received notification that they cancelled the order. It is very frustrating that you do not have a customer service line for your customers to communicate their issues or questions verbally. Clearly emails can be misinterpreted by my order cancellation. Computers can't always replace a live person. It is called Customer Service for a reason. This experience will definitely make me think again before shopping the "not so friendly skies" again."
