"I have ordered from SkyMall before and was pleased with the service but I am completely baffled by this order and would never order from SkyMall again!

I placed an order on 1/24/15 for two items that were in stock, and have yet to receive them (2/12/15). I called customer service to check on order and prompted me to website. There, I placed an inquiry about order and 2 business days later, still no word or response!

Almost 3 weeks for an in-stock item and no way to track package?! Seems antiquated with today's technology!"

"Terrible experience with Skymall. Website failed after I had loaded up a $1200 order for Xmas. I placed order by phone and the gentleman was great. But then several items didn't work, my attempts to return were incredibly complicated and delayed (in terms of getting UPS labels and instructions), and now I receive notice that one of my Xmas items isn't available--I had assumed it arrived to my sister by Xmas.
