"it appears that skymall advertises products on their website that they no longer carry. i placed an order online, then a week later (when the item should be arriving) i received an email that the order was cancelled because the item was discontinued. i just checked their website and that item is still showing for sale. If i had known it was no longer for sale, i would have purchased it somewhere else and actually had the gift to give to my friend on his birthday. i tried to call but they no longer have anyone at customer service you can speak with, just a recording telling you to go online and email them then you get hung up on. This was my first and last order from skymall."

We were forwarding mail in anticipation of wintering in FL, so the packages did not arrive in time for Christmas. In addition, because the package went from MN to FL, there was a postage due on it -- even though it arrived long after the Christmas holidays -- in fact almost 2 months after it shipped!!"
