"Items were listed in your catalog that you couldn't fulfill! My item was back ordered. I sent an email on Dec 28 canceling the order, so I was surprised to get an email on Jan 12 that my order finally shipped. I just got an email asking me to review the item. How can I when I haven't received it yet? I wasn't expecting it since I canceled my order! This has been a disappointing & frustrating experience. To top it all off, when you call the number in their email for customer service, there's a message saying they can't be reached by phone and you have to use their website!
The person I "gave" the gift to is still waiting. I'd buy something else and send this item back but I'd have to pay the return shipping out of my pocket! Last time I'll order from them! Skymall note: I'm guessing on the order date below. "
"I ordered this on January 5 and as of January 19 NOTHING has come in the mail, no note from the company explaining any reason for it not coming or being delayed. Cancelled this order and WILL NEVER utilize their company again. "
"I have ordered some Christams decorations on December 1st.
Part of the order did not arrive by Christmas. After a lengthy and unpleasant procedure they emailed me a return label. The items were delivered to their facility two weeks ago, but they still have not refunded my money.

"Poor Service on my orders. First one was delayed then didn't work when finally received. 2nd (re-order) was higher priced and had to pay in advance, then it was back-ordered. Still haven't received the return label nor a working product and am out over $120. No end in sight to have this corrected.

"Ordered a gift and selected 2-4 days priority shipping on a Monday....Never received tracking information on the gift, so i called Wednesday afternoon to inquire as i was flying on Saturday. "This has been a terrible order!! Order # 00419927. I ordered them on 12/2/14. Was finally told the week of Christmas that they would ship on 1/5/15, well they didn't. It is now after 5:00EST 1/14/15 and I still don't have them nor can they give me any information regarding them besides that I'll get an email when they ship. Well is that going to be Feb, Mar or maybe April? Grandma is still without her Xmas present. Please let me know something.

"I ordered an item on December 25th and never received it as of today the 8th of January. I called SkyMall and inquired about my purchase and found out that my item had gone into back order and would not be shipped out until the 16th of January.
This is upsetting because at the time of my purchase, it was not in back order status. I could have found a similar item elsewhere and had it by now. Since I have already paid for the item I'll have to wait for it to arrive, which by my guess won't be till mid February at the speed SkyMall seems to move at.
This is the first and last time I order from this company, I'll just peruse it like the other magazines in the back of the aircraft seats."
