I never received my order! I spoke with 3 different people regarding my order, 2 of them told me my order was in stock but were not sure why it didn't ship. The last one said it was back ordered until march so I canceled my order! "

"I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I made an order on December 9, 2014 for Christmas which I thought would be more than enough time. As Christmas neared I still had not received a tracking number so I called Skymall and was told that my order should have arrived and so they put in an inquiry. They told me to call back Monday and so I did and was told to wait until that night and if I hadn't received an email to call back. I called back the next day and was told me that my package should be arriving today, Christmas Eve. What a relief. I then, today, receive a succession of emails: order shipped, "order shipped" message an error and finally that my money had been refunded because that item is on back order until January 5, 2015. Who the hell said I wanted a refund. I want my son's gift sent to me so at least he could have it eventually. I was strung along so far. I am a patient person, but this was too much. Absolutely disgusting and absurd. "
