Long story short the flights were canceled ( which airlines can do and give a guess tickets bought with points don't have a lot of say or flexibility) so ended up.loosing a few thousand dollars on trips by my family of 5 never took.
These guys aren't easy to get in touch with and aren't transparent. BUYER BEWARE !"

"I had to cancel my flight ticket because the covid situation and the agent at SkyLux told me it’s an open ticket for 1 year. So 6 months later I re-booked my ticket and suddenly it was no longer an open ticket! They promised me a refund of my 3641.90 usd business class ticket IF I would pay extra 450 usd cancellation fee. Plus min. 25 usd travel agent tipping! So I did .
They wrote me it takes 14-21 business days to get my money back. I called after 22 business days and a new agent told me that my ticket NEVER was processed to refunding ! So they lied to me and stole my money. This is a criminal thing they do. I will have a collection attorney office to take further actions. I personally emailed Laura Stewart who is the CEO of the company but of course she doesn’t take any responsibility of anything . DO NOT USE SKY LUX TRAVEL agency for any tickets . Its a warning !"

"I had problems with my reservation as I did not get the results of my PT-PCR TEST back even though I went as early as possible to be within the required 72 hour window before flight to Thailand. I then had to change flights and days and cancel my hotels and Quarantine Package (non-refundable) and lost Six Hundred+ USD. The PCR tests are hard to get returned within 72 hours and here in USA and California nearly swamped labs. But, NO RESULTS, NO ENTRY INTO THAILAND even if you are completely vaccinated with 3 vaccinations including booster shot. My agent, Harry was helpful in changing flight meeting my criteria and took care of special needs like wheelchair assistance as I am 76 yrs and hurried connection are hard to do fast. Also he got my seat assignments exactly as I like days before I had been told that I could do it! Great agent!
