"I was very disappoint in how the site has changed since Invicta bought out SmartBargain. General you have to pick a specific brand and look through those selection. I also found very few bargains. When I tried to sign in I was told my email was invalid. When I call customer service I was told that Invicata had bought out Smartbargains but did not have the old customers account information. I have shopping SmartBargains for about ten year and spend thousands of dollars there each year. If things do not change I will be looking elsewhere to shop."

"What did you do to the "old" SmartBargains which I loved? It appears that this new version was taken over by World of Watches. The inventory and selection is extremely poor, the pricing is out of line and most items state, "only one left". The sheets and bedding department have been completely removed. I no longer enjoy shopping or browsing at Smart Bargains and I certainly do not wish to pay another $9.95 for another year's membership.

Items are upgraded, more luxury brands coming in, but be honest, I love the way Smartbargains worked before, very special and distingushed from the others. Now it looks like tons of websites out there, small pictures items with only single picture, deals coming by brands, and the of course, pricey.
