(This order was placed on a Friday night.) Monday, I received an email that my order was processed and shortly afterward received an email that my request to cancel could not be granted.

Kind of makes me want to order through Amazon in the future where cancellations and revisions are an easy process.

"PRO: Smart home carries a wide variety of home automation and devices, including the entire Insteon line. I have placed a number of orders totaling several thousand dollars over recent years and have never had a problem with an order. My most recent order arrived ahead of schedule.

CON: Prices can be a little bit high, except for their sales, and paying for shipping for orders under $200 is annoying. Sometimes Amazon is a better choice for purchases.
