"I'm happy to leave a review of how unhelpful the SnowInn/TradeInn staff have been with my attempted return - and what folks should expect if they buy anything that doesn’t fit properly or they wish to return an item for a perfectly good reason - especially if they live in the United States. I purchased a racing helmet for my son that ran too small. I purchased it for $136, and they were going to charge me $90 to return it (I didn't return it as ridiculous to do so based on cost). What wasn't initially apparent is that this company is in Spain so your return fees will be very expensive (they claim that "customs fees" are part of the high cost if you live in the US. If you live in the UNITED STATES - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! "

The company admitted it was a fault on their website, but won’t refund me the amount they overcharged (even though falsely advertising goods). The communication has been terrible, and I have been fobbed off after every email I have sent. Still not resolved…

"A huge delay... That's the main problem with Snowinn! I made an order since 17/12/2022 and i haven't got the order yet (13/1/2023)! The order split in two different shipment tracking numbers, the second one has been sent yesterday (on 12/12/2023) and - guess what - i haven't got it yet!
Additionally, the tracking system doesn't work! I put the number of the parcel and says that they don't have this number in the system!
If i could order from China it could come earlier for sure!"
"The prices are very good, but I became concerned when tracking said Nov 13 accepted for international shipping and it was Dec and there were no updates! Finally on Dec 8 the package arrived! The order was in perfect condition and I’m very pleased with it. So, order, but be prepared your order could take longer than a month to arrive and the tracking number may not update in your country."

"Four weeks after I ordered ski boots on snowinn.com that were listed as in-stock, they had not yet been received by their distribution center. The shipment dates changed once to a later date, and then to indefinitely. Their was more "A" than "I" in their customer service replies. Upon that communication failure, and after reading some of these horrifying reviews, I took a leap of faith and cancelled the order on their website. I'm relieved that my credit card was refunded within 3 business days. I ended up ordering boots on evo.com. They were shipped the next day and are arriving Friday. I don't necessarily believe this business is a rip-off by intent. But their business model needs remediation."

The delivery is terrible and there is no way to receive the item forever. When u want to cancel the order, they will never allow it until u receive the item. U have to wait and wait and wait. This website is a total scam. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Firstly, the website is so poor in updating, it charged me twice.
Secondly, despite emailing and 'chatting' immediately to cancel one of the items, it stated it was 'already packed' and couldn't refund.
Thirdly, I used the SnowInns preferred returns method, paid Snowinn the postage and posted at Royal Mail, as instructed. That was 6 weeks ago. The item is tracked to a Royal Mail depot in England, then disappears. £700 worth of gear gone. Snowinn claim absolutely no responsibility despite using their returns service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
"Yes, it took three weeks to arrive but I got exactly what I ordered in first class condition. After two weeks I contacted them, it took them a week to respond but they were attentive to my concerns. The item I ordered was $50 cheaper (all included) than I could get it here in the US. Is it the genuine item? Yes, I was replacing one I had, it's the genuine article.
If you want something quickly, then look elsewhere, but if you are willing to wait then try them. i will shop with them again."
