"If I had known the purchase would take me to the Microsoft website I wouild never have bought the software. Followed the link and entered the product key. Only after entering that did I find out I was taken to Microsoft. I have had no end of problems with Microsoft and get zero help from them. Depot Support say the can't refund me because the product key had been used - but never made me aware PRIOR that I would be linked to Microsoft site. Will never use Software Depot again!!!"
"Averse to subscriptions, I was after perpetual licenses for adobe acrobat and InDesign that was compatible with my existing setup. SoftwareDepot have very inexpensive one-computer licenses that suit me perfectly. All downloaded straight away, and their instructions are easy to follow. "Paul was kind and patient and persevering while I had nervous breakdown over failure to install. Once the obstacles were overcome, he went on to complete the full install which I would certainly not have been able to do on m y own.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is this: I have severe hearing deficit, and the line was not good so understanding questions and directions was really difficult. Eventually Paul engaged chat box which was a good solution. Very grateful.
