"Purchased a full Win 11 Pro license. It came quickly, nice, along with a link to download the software. I had Win 11 Home on a new laptop already so used the key to perform an upgrade. That went well, until it finished and MS won't activate the key because it's already in use somewhere.
I have reached out to get that resolved, and I've had a response asking for some addition information, so waiting to see what happens.
My rating is where it is because this shouldn't have happened to begin with. "

"The product as usual, is convenient yet pricey. Granted it is on a sale, but anything over 75 bucks is a chunk that can be utilized elsewhere. Still, the product is a good one. I still have yet to implement on the computer. I will attempt sometime in the near future to see if it works.

"The only thing I would suggest they communicate to clients is that having purchased something (2021 product in April) that the process for installation has changed between then (April of 2023) to now (Nov of 2023). It was confusing at first but eventually with several emails back and forth it made sense. "
