"Software Keep took my money and then said there would be a delay of 15 minutes then another 15. I had no idea why my purchase would be blocked. Credit card problems? After an hour they got around to telling me what was standing in the way. My domain name (family name) was unknown. It has been mine since 1994. So once they learned that their domain verification service was done they .... ignored it and put the sale through. Not to mention that they could ping the domain to see it was alive. They're usually fast and efficient but this was delayed for a reason they refused to share until after I had lost confidence in them. I've been using it for 29 years now, I should not be banished for not having a google address."
