"Ordered Microsoft office for my Mac. Sent pc version. Would not load but they said it was already activated and I had to pay $20 to get a Mac version. After paying the extra $20 I now have the software and all working fine. I still think it is a sham they charged extra even though I could not use and never used the original PC version. "

"I have a small school and need to provide laptops to teachers. MS Office is preferred over Google Docs in some applications. I bought three licenses for Office 2019 and opened the first email that SK sent and this TIED THE FIRST LICENSE to my computer. There is no way to transfer the license to the laptop. There are no refunds so I am out that money. I called and spoke with a smart guy at SK and he remained on the phone with me and tried several things but we couldn't get it transferred or make it useable to anyone but me. I am out the cost of the first license. I was able to use the other two licenses by creating new outlook accounts. I'll have to ask the teachers not to change to their accounts or the software might not work. I think the 365 Saas model may be the only way to go next year or make new teachers bring their own office software. Only Office is free and is a decent option but is inferior to MS Office. "
