What you see is what you get

"Desktop pc with Windows 10, and Outlook 2010. The old Outlook app stopped working for me 4 days ago, and is no longer supported by Microsoft (even tho they did try to help me). I never buy new (latest and greatest) cars, only recent used. Same thing here, I didn't need or want to pay for a new Office package or even just Outlook 365. I found Softwarekeep offered Outlook 2021 at a very good price. I thought prudent to check them out first to assure a legit Microsoft vendor. All good, made the purchase, got the download in just a few minutes. I had a couple of problems installing (I'm an old man and no techie), and got great assistance on the phone with minimal wait time. Today I am back up and running. Very pleased with product (std Microsoft), pricing, and service.
When friends try a new service or product, I always ask, "Would you buy from them again?" The answer here is absolutely yes. I'll be back. Thank you Softwarekeep!

Great Customer Service

"I was really impressed with the customer support. Softwarekeep.com actually informed me that one of my purchases (after my replacing my computer) was not necessary and that a previous purchase from them was able to be transferred to my new computer. They then refunded me the money right away!"

Support for install that went a little odd.

"I had to contact support to get an explanation on an install that looked odd. I was assigned Paul to help with the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me correct the problem in minutes. Nice to purchase from a business with a staff that understands the products and how to deal with the odd issues that can occur with software."

Buyer beware of potentially intentional bait and switch "error"

"I specifically purchased MS-Office Home/Student edition, but had to wait 30 minutes to get the email allowing the download.
When I finally got through all the instructions, it turned out that somehow the purchase had been switched to Office 365 Home/Business.
Reading through the emails more closely there was certainly a warning to check that the correct product was sold and that nothing could be done about the "switch" after I had finally handed my license to Microsoft.
This seems to me to be a purposefully misleading mistake to foist the 365 product on customers that have no desire to own it.
I feel like in my hate, I ended up wasting my money.
