"Somewhat confusing. In going through the installation, Office 365 kept coming up with another dropdown menu for selecting 2021. After completing the installation when I clicked on the program, it said it couldn't find my subscription to 365. I called the chat line for help and they took me through the installation again. Same message but the program seems to be there. At the top it says "unlicensed product". After fooling around in my Microsoft account for a while, that went away. I think the confusion is from Microsoft rather than Softwarekeep. I rarely use Word or Excel but need to have a copy so it was worth the price."
"Had to struggle to get software I was looking for downloaded. I made a mistake and bought the PC version of software first, got on chat and told gentleman what I had done and he said he would get me a credit and I could purchase right version. Fair enough, I then purchased right version, opened up my download and it was still the wrong version, go back on chat, all sudden person says click on this link and I got right version of software. Bottom line your system has a bug it it and did not clear the cache when I downloaded the 2nd time. "
