"I got the Microsoft Office key emailed to me in a timely manner and was able to install it quickly. This was cheaper than using Amazon, and a fair number of the Amazon ratings indicated a problem with the install. My install went fine. "

"Having made several errors in downloading MS Office 2021, I contacted Softwarekeep technical support and reached Daniel. He saw immediately where the problems were and by sharing computer screens he was able to remove the appropriate applications and then help me get Office 2021 properly installed and accessible. We tested and viewed all the apps in Office and confirmed that everything was working as expected.
Daniel was very fast in selecting and deleting the necessary apps, confirming that the several log-ins were successful and in keeping me informed as progress continued. He was delightful to work with, of good humor and entirely knowledgeable. While I hope I don't need tech support again, I would be delighted to be lucky to work again with Daniel."
