"Needed to purchase Excel and I received an e-mail with all the information. I had not used Microsoft recently, so when I tried to log in and download, I had issues. A representative with Softwarekeep tried to assist me, but we were not successful.....
I eventually called Microsoft and they assisted me with my credentials. The real problem surfaced as the key I was given would not work. Tried several 'cut and paste', manual entry and it would not accept the key.
So I purchased Excel directly through Microsoft ......
The credentials were my problem, but the key not being accepted was Softwarekeep issues....."

Normally, this action also triggers an outbound email informing our customers of the outage which resulted to a cancelled and refunded order. Unfortunately, we are not sure why the email sent never came through and hit your email account, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
