"I was able to download an install Office 2021, except OneNote. Seems file is corrupted. I am not able to open any of the Office apps. Keeps wanting me to login to Microsoft online. Appears both Office 2021 and excel/word 365 are downloading and causing a conflict. I originally ordered excel and word from Apple store, but found out it was the 365 version. Then went to Microsoft and ordered Office 2021. Long story short, I need to remove 365 and perhaps re-download Office 2021 but will need help. The Mac computer isn’t allowing me to remove the excel and word 365 apps and keeps prompting me to activate. I get message that the files are open but they are not.
