"I downloaded the software as directed. The directions were clear and concise. As I was about to install when the email told me it would not work on my older Mac and OS software. I immediately contacted them I wanted a refund. They looked into a fix but could not come up with one and offered me the refund. An email came immediately stating the refund was approved and should be in my account in 3-5 days.
