"This is from January 2023. I purchased Microsoft Office 21 and waiting the required 30 minutes for the download email. After 3 hours, I had not received it so I called. A rather surly young man sent another email while we were on the phone. I downloaded the installer and although the whole suite installed successfully I was never able to activate it through my Microsoft account. I kept getting the NO NETWORK CONNECTION message from MS which was absurd because there was nothing wrong with my network connection. I spent an hour or so on a chat which ended up sending me to a link of others with the same problem. I tried several solutions from there but nothing worked. Then I looked at the dates of those inquiries and they were from 2014, 2016....they've had this problem for that long and haven't solved it yet! I got a refund.

"I found the price substantially higher than the PRO version which I bought in January 2022 for my other computer. I received a "discount" email with a link which looked authentic. When I followed that, there was no discount. I paid the full price. The installment process picked up as before (download, here is your SW Key), but when I followed it to Microsoft, it proposed the Student and Home edition, which has much less functionality than I need. I backed out, started again, and the Key had been deactivated from the Student fiasco.
I confronted Software Keep. They issued a small discount and reset the Key so that everything works properly. They were very prompt, explaining that the "Discount" email was a hoax."
