I called Sole customer service and they put me in touch with Shelley in tech support. I explained that my husband and I could not align the console mast cover properly and we were using a bungee cord to keep it closed. She was professional, empathetic and immediately sent me an email so I could attach the sales receipt and pictures to my reply. Once Shelley received my response, she quickly processed the claim and is sending new covers, hardware and a technician. I was highly pleased with my interaction with Shelley, she provided excellent customer service."
