"I bought one of their products less than a year ago, worked great. I tried various different set ups wit hit also, so I was constantly messing with it. Well I ended up running into a bit of a snag which was my fault, I emailed SS and after a few emails in a very timely manner for a smaller company I had my issue resolved.
It's important to note, this particular issue was caused by me, and they had absolutely zero obligation to help me the way they did. It was too the point I was overly pleased with the outcome. Thomas Mattison made it quick and easy, he was very prompt on what needed to be done and seemed to have a grasp on what to do in the situation.
It's a shame other companies can't do this well with customer service, well done Thomas, and Solid Signal. After being given the run around with other companies in the same industry, I doubt I go anywhere else now if Solid Signal has what I need."
"On 5/16/2017 I contacted solid signal through PayPal and this situation was resolved to everyone's satisfaction without the assistance of PayPal.
I bought an Andrew 1/4 and 1/2 inch Coax Cable cut and strip tool, which was advertised on their web site. I received the tool and it was in plastic bag with stickers on it identifying the model number, my order number and the description of the product on it.
Unfortunately, I didn't use the tool until after their 30 day return policy. When I did attempt to use it, I couldn't get it to work and I realized that what I received wasn't what I ordered. It had a different part number on the tool which wasn't the one printed on the stickers on the bag. It was for an Andrew Cable tool, except for 7/8 size cable.
I sent solid signal an email and I got notified that it was past the return policy date and they couldn't do anything for me. It seem to me that it is actually fraud because they know that they sent me the wrong item and won't do anything about it.
If anyone out there needs to work some 7/8 inch flex coax i'll give you a good deal on a tool....
I would not buy a 1/2 inch piece of anything from solid signal now and hope noone does. "
"They pretend to guarantee their product, but if it doesn't work out (which is highly probable with antennas) you won't get your money back if you return it. To get your money back, you'd be best served to just resell it on craigslist. For a $25 antenna, then refunded me $16, but I had to pay for return shipping which was $12 at the lowest rate available. So I gave them back something they can resell again at full price and only got $4 for it. A better idea is to get their recommendations on an antenna and then order from someone that actually has a decent return policy. I would never ever recommend buying anything from Solid Signal."
"I had a good experience ordering and returning an item from SolidSignal.com. The item was as advertised and arrived in excellent condition in the prescribed shipping time frame. Unfortunately the item did not work out in the space I intended to use, thus had to make a return. With the help of Thomas Mattison Jr. at SolidSignal.com's customer service I was able to obtain a return authorization even though the return would have been slightly outside the 30 day return window. I was satisfied with the experience and would place another order with SolidSignal.com in the future."
"There is no fancy way to say this so I'm just going to shoot from the hip. My Son found this site a while ago,looking for a product nobody had but Signal Source. I enabled TEAM VIEWER and he completed the transaction for me online. I thought the frieght charges to be a little steep. I now understand why.You get Quality Service with this site or you get your money back. we did. A few days later,I got a from Solid Signal apologizing for the delay and that the wrong item
was shipped. When asked did they want to send it back they said No! as a token of good faith to keep it and that I would receive a credit on my shipping charges. My question is : What more could one ask for ? . Did they Screw Up?
Yes they did,but we believe we've been more than compensated for our inconveinience and will continue shopping here

"Several years ago, we bought a DB8 roof antenna, which struggled to capture certain mid-range channels. Following a chat with Nicole McC, we purchased an HD8200U antenna with a pre-amp she recommended. After erecting it this weekend, we now have superb reception across the entire UHF/VHF/FM spectrum with 7-8 out of 10 bars vs - 0 -2 bars for several stations before. During our online chat, Nicole took the time to research our location and the broadcast location of the stations, and subsequently recommended the HD8200U. "I had ordered an outdoor antenna a year ago and ended up (due to other things coming up) storing the box in my garage until just last week, without ever having even opened it (stupid of me, I know). Anyway, I unpacked it last week to discover that the parts package was missing.
I e-mailed solid signal customer service and expected to have to at least pay for shipping for the parts package, due to it being over a year since I'd ordered the antenna.
However, Thomas Mattison Jr answered my e-mail within 24 hours and is shipping me the parts package free of charge! It was so refreshing to get a positive result on something like this (as have had bad experiences from other internet vendors before), and I would like to recognize him for his prompt and courteous service and the excellent products that Solid Signal provides.
