Mainly they left the status of my order pending in my on-line account, and when I called for info I was advised that specials sometimes take up to a week to process. "Mae was fantastic. I accidentally ordered an access point Friday night (around closing) and tried to cancel it that night. Of course everyone had gone home by then. I got a hold of her Monday morning and she was able to get the order stopped even though it had already shipped. I think she might of actually chased down the truck :)
It would have been very easy for her to have just let it go and do an RMA later but instead she took the customer service route and made my day.
