"I decided today to drop comcast, done with them! I shopped at several sites today for a TV Antennas. I really don't much about what antenna I needed and was willing to pay for the best possible antenna for my given area. Another site recommended a 149.00 antenna. After speaking with Thomas Mattison I was informed that this antenna would not be the best, that the HD1080X for $30.00 would be a better choice. After doing some research including talking with the other site I found out Thomas was correct. Not only did he not try to sell me a higher priced antenna that I didn't need, he was also very patient in helping me understand why, and helpful with the how and where to install. Very pleased the this sales person. "
"I ordered a Dish receiver on July 2 and paid for overnight shipping. Product was supposed to be shipped same day but wasn't. I didn't get it till July 6th. I couldn't get the receiver authorized by Dish because they said it was on someone elses account. I called Solid Signal on the 6th. and was told they would check into it. I received no return call so i called them back and was told they checked with Dish and couldn't fix the problem and that they would ship me a new on after I returned the the product i had or they would issue a refund. I told them i wanted a refund and was told the shipping would be refunded also since there was a problem with the product. They told me to watch my email and that an RMA would be issued. Again I waited 2 days with no RMA so Ii called them back spoke with someone different and she got the RMA issued. I sent it back and started calling about my refund a week later after nothing showed up on my account. I kept getting different stories about the status of my refund and was lied to several times about who was responsible for approving it . I left several messages for a supervisor named Mike and he never called me back. I then spoke with someone named May (Mikes manager ) and was told the credit would be issued that day but that I wouldn't get back my shipping charges because there was nothing wrong with the product and their web site states that unless its a defective product shipping wouldn't be refunded. I explained that I was told by them that they couldn't get Dish to authorize the product so I could ship it back and that they would send a new on or refund my money. all to no avail. I will check by bank to see if a credit is issued over the next 2 or 3 days and will post the results. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU WILL BE TOLD DIFFERENT THINGS BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET TI STRAIGHTENED OUT.

"Just had a GREAT experience dealing with an individual at Solid Signal. I am getting rid of cable TV and know little of the new technology that is available to achieve that goal. So, I found out what type and style of antenna I needed and went to Solid Signal's web page. Hit a tab to have someone email me to assist and that is how I found Ashley Rossi. She has been fantastic assisting me in getting some gear together to "cut the cord". GREAT attitude and help. I called her to place the order and she was a genuine pleasure to deal with on the phone as well. "Ordered the Pro ATSC Spectrum Analyzer combo from them 2 weeks ago, it hasn't shipped yet even though the sales person said it was in stock. Called customer service and they have no clue when the units will ship if ever. Now they say my shipment is coming from overseas. It must be coming by Boat! Trying to find somewhere else to buy the units but they must be the only supplier in the US. Every WEB hit brings me back to SolidSignal. Bad customer service. If possible avoid them."
"I was very pleased by the exemplary degree of customer service that Ashley Rossi provided me in securing a refund for a large order of Belden connectors. In particular, Ashley displayed what customer service is all about - actually caring about the customer's needs! In my case, the return of some 5,000 connectors which were mislabeled by the manufacturer was quite confusing. Without her diligence, I would have had little chance of obtaining the refund. From the first moment that I contacted Ashley until the final refund was authorized, she stayed focused on the task, navigating several layers of both Solid Signal and the manufacturer.

"Worst ordering experience ever. I placed an order after hours at night and then did not need the item. I requested a cancellation less than 1 hour after the initial order was placed. 4 days later I get an email from the "cancellation" team stating they cannot cancel the order that it had already been shipped. I replied the order should have never made it out of the door and should have been cancelled. They stated to refuse the order and have it sent back and I would be credited. I refused the package and a couple days later I received my refund minus a $21 return fee.
I contacted their customer support today and have never been so disappointed in a company with the way they treated me. I have been a return customer and have recommended them many times but not after this. The pretty much told be that I am out the money and that they never refund tax. How can that be legit? From now on they will never be recommended or shopped from again. Very bad customer service"

"Very slow service. apparently it takes this place 3 months to send out a 7/16 speed wrench. I called today and asked for a refund. I won't be doing business with this company again.
