"I ordered a pajama set and a nightgown at the beginning of November for Christmas. The dates for delivery were changed several times. The pajamas finally were delivered on Christmas Eve and the nightgown has not been delivered yet and the delivery date for that one is not even posted anymore. "

The service was fine and with shipping the way it is this year, I am not dissatisfied. I love the Soma products.

"Never received most of my items. I ordered 8 items and 4 weeks later have only received one. No updates, no explanations. I went to the website and requested tracking using the link I was directed to comment through. I was told that they were too busy to reply and to give them a call, use live chat or use the same link that they were telling me not to use.
I am a regular Chico's shopper but have to say will not be a regular SOMA shopper."

"I love the Soma products everything from **** to pajamas to bras. LOVE! Customer service - superb! Everyone is amazingly helpful and real. However...ordering online is a nightmare. Both times I’ve ordered it took my items 3 weeks to arrive both times never updating my tracking status. The website is not user friendly AT ALL and needs some major updating.
