"I visited a store twice this weekend. Both times the service was poor. Second time was worse than the first. First i asked if a worker could take my size off the mannequin and she told me it probably wasn’t the same as the one on sale. When i told her it was she told me i could go get the one on sale and check since she didn’t want to take it off if i didn’t want it. So i took it upon my self to go get the sale item compared it and yet it was the same. She came back over and at first tried to find a reason they were different...yet they still weren’t. Both times i went i had to wait in line for a long time. There were multiple people waiting in line with 1 person on the register while all other employees just looked at the line and went about there way."

"I ordered a pair of pajamas Thanksgiving weekend and I still don’t have them a month later. They were held up somewhere on December 18th. After several attempts to call their “800” number with a continuous recording and no human would answer, I then tried to call the boutique. They would not answer the phone. I ordered several items online this year from other stores and have never had the experience I did with Soma. I will not order from them again. "
