"I waited 3 weeks for 1 set of pajamas. Never received them and Soma never even sent an email to update me on why my order was not shipping. I had to spend 30 minutes on hold to finally cancel it. No one even offered an explanation. You should at least offer an apology and maybe a 20% off coupon or something to get your customer back. You've lost this one for sure.

"Overall my shopping experience has always been great with Soma. The underwear i buy however seems to never be made of the same fabric every time i purchase. This changes the fit drastically and as a plus size woman fit is everything! I’ll buy again just hope they take more xxl people in mind. :("

Texted and got a message 2 weeks later saying someone would call. Never called. I ordered what I thought was similar. Took FOREVER for shipping. Items were So wrong. Called again. Couldn’t get through. So I returned it ALL and had to pay shipping. I’m negative money now. Never again! "

"I sent a return back, and heard nothing from them for over a week. So, I called and was told that it might take up to 4 weeks for them to process the return. It's now two weeks since I sent it back, and I finally received an email acknowledging that the carrier has it.....but not that they've received it yet. This is way too slow, no matter what the reason. In the return paperwork, I asked for an exchange for a different size, and have no idea when I'll be receiving it.....seems like it could be months. I'm not happy about this at all, and definitely wouldn't order from them again."

"I bought my mom a birthday present from Soma on the 5th. I paid for expedited shipping so it would arrive on time given that it is the holidays. Estimated arrival was between the 9th and 14th, which was longer than one would expect for expedited service but I allowed for a delay due to the holidays. However, it is hard to hit the delivery mark when Soma did not even place the package for shipping until the 11th. Then, the package was sent via USPS and sat at the post office in Georgia until the 24th when I received notice that it had finally arrived at the post office in Phoenix, (final destination is Scottsdale). One would expect next day or two delivery given the short distance to the final destination, but no, I just received an update that anticipated delivery is Monday, the 28th! When I called Soma for assistance when the package failed to arrive on time for my mom’s birthday and learned the package was MIA after last being seen at the Georgia facility per USPS Tracking, as it showed “delivery delayed” with no anticipated delivery date, Soma only offered to refund my shipping cost. I had requested a refund because they failed to deliver as promised and wanted my mom to have a present for her birthday instead of perpetual waiting and disappointment, and Soma said they would not consider it “lost” to qualify for a refund until the 23rd-25th! This is all very underwhelming customer service. I paid $17 for shipping so you would think Soma could use a more reliable delivery service than the USPS for that amount. I now know not to use Soma as an online gift option as never have I had such a poor experience with delivery and customer service. This is an unacceptable outcome in a day and age where everything is barcoded and tracked and to have no feedback on where in the world the package could be for such a long time, and Soma offered to do nothing to assist!"
"I placed an order on Black Friday, I still have not received it. Scheduled delivery was 12/10, it’s now 12/27. However my card is charged almost daily for the order amount. I’ve tried emailing and calling Soma with no luck. Very disappointed! "
