I was told that the return goes to the post office and Pitney Bowes picks it up there! Told the rep that I never heard of that. Sure enough, they don’t and never have. So now I have to drive to a Soma store. None are near us. A little day trip ahead of us. "
"I ordered a gift for Christmas on 5 Dec. Delivery info provided estimated 2 day shipping. When order did not arrive within estimated time, I checked the status and it said it was going to be delayed. Around the 14 day after order day, I really began to worry but then on Christmas Eve I decided to call...(I guess I could have called earlier). The associate told me my order was lost, and issued me a refund. No other compensation was offered. I didn’t want to be one of those irritated customers so I said thank you and did not press the issue, but this was a gift that was to go under the tree and now was not going to come. There was an inconvenience. A coupon... something could have been offered. I will not be ordering online anymore. "
