Waited 20 minutes before finally talking to someone named Colice who was not helpful at all. Told me I would for sure have it by today. "

"Ordered items in November. Half shipped on time. The other finally shipped Dec 14 and instead of getting it here before Christmas they shipped it using USPS the slowest method. When they delayed it soma should have expedited shipping. "

I looked at the tracking info and it has been at our local USPS Regional Facility distribution center since December 12. I will not ever order from Soma again. I am extremely unhappy with them ."

When it had not arrived 12 days after I placed the order I called the worthless customer service. They could offer No Information other than that it was in the very capable hands of USPS!

However, I still have not received the second bra from that same order and there was little to no communication as to why. In fact, nothing was sent until I reached out to customer service. Almost a month later and I still haven’t received the second item. The tracking continues to say it’ll be delivered in one day... every day haha. I understand that shipping around the holidays is hectic and COVID has thrown a huge wrench in it this year, but just communicate with your paying customers please. "
