Very disappointed. Very loyal customer, after 22 days and no delivery in sight, I will be shopping for a new intimates company. Customer service was not very helpful, just kept saying we’re using a different delivery service. That doesn’t account for the fact I order December 1 and Soma never shipped until December 9. That’s unacceptable in itself. The order, has been in Atlanta since December 13, which is the last tracking information available. I have requested a refund, and I am waiting for my refund to be credited. Very disappointed."
"So, I had bought from SOMA in the past at a store near me and I thought I would try some on line purchasing since they were popular with my wife. I order on 11/30/2020 and today is December 22, 2020 and I still don't have the items I ordered. I contacted their customer service and they emailed me back that they can't respond until after Christmas because they are so busy. Not good customer service and not good shipping practices. "

"After placing my order and being extremely patient with shipping time, contacting customer service for information has been a nightmare. My item shipped 12/3, it is now 12/22 and no package! In transit-arriving late is the USPS tracing information. I tries calling Soma, live chat Soma and emailing Soma-no answers even after waiting forever on hold twice! No customer service, I can’t even cancel my order! I would give ZERO stars if I could! Worse than contacting IRS."

"I was out of town when I ordered my purchase and was on my way to pick up my items when I received an email that it had been cancelled. Prior to that, I hadn’t heard anything via email or phone call asking if I still intended to pick the purchase up. When I reached it all I was told was that it was put back in the floor. Most places hold your item for at the minimum of 7days so I will no longer purchase via online. I like their bras but this situation is making shoo elsewhere."

I've reached out to Soma for customer service assistance multiple times and get the note that since it's the holidays they won't be able to respond as they are too busy.... So meh"
