"I ordered 2 pairs of pjs on Nov. 26. I was told they would be delivered Nov. 30. I received one pair Dec. 17 and the other pair hasn’t shown up yet! When I track them, Nov 30 still shows up as the delivery date! I have called customer service only to be on hold for over 30 minutes and have to hang up. The pjs I did get are very nice. If only I could get the other pair."

"The only thing I have to complain about is the $8 mail return fee. Clothing often doesn’t fit and you need to change sizes when buying online. The return fee really discourages you from buying things and feels like you’re being cheated if you do take a chance. The nearest store is an hour away, not a viable option. "
