"I love their pajamas and ordered a pair online to pick up at a nearby store. However, three days later I received notification that the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. I made the order with my Paypal account which continued to show as a pending charge even three weeks later. After sending two emails and making two phone calls to Soma customer service, finally today the rep was able to delete the pending charge. I was able to find a similar pair of pajamas at the store but ended up going back because the size strip left a sticky film on the material and would not wash out. I looked at several others in the store that had the same issue so they ordered another pair for me which had the same problem, so after three trips to the store, I finally have pajamas with no problems. Yeah!"

"Ordering PJ set gifts for Christmas was a nightmare! Went to two stores first - the associates in both stores were of little help - useless and not friendly! Went to website...tried to get gift receipts for items being ordered but was unable to! Called the 800 number - spent over an hour on the phone. Woman said I couldn’t get individual gift receipts! Said to use the receipt I get! Then we went through each PJ set so she could place order for me - she said the one with red top and red bottom! I said no - black top! While she was on the phone I had to call a store (she did not make the call) and ask the store what color the top is! She said “red!” Website had an incorrect picture! After I decided to place the order anyway, I said for my trouble and time I’d like gift boxes for the items for free! She agreed but said she’d have to charge me and then reverse the charge - I said ok! The package came and all four items were “dumped” in a large gift box!"
