"I needed replacements for my vanishing back, front hook bras. So I ordered the vanishing 360 perfect coverage front clasp bra. These replacement bras had narrower straps and narrower side panels than my old ones. This was very disappointing and I retuned them. "

"I am still waiting for the tall size pajamas I ordered on November 26, 2020 for $29.99 (normally they are $49.99) that are on back order. There is no update but they are being sent to the stores where you can purchase them for full price. I called and the customer service representative put me on hold to see if it could be shipped from the store and honor the discounted price. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I was disconnected.

The item I did receive I’m pleased with but I would like to know if I will ever get the pajamas that I ordered or has that part of my order been dropped and won’t ever be filled. I didn’t know it was on back order until the other item was shipped."
