The representative not only credited my account for the lost gift but tracked down another small tall (hard to come by) set of pajamas for me. My new packaged arrived 2 days later and was only charged the original Black Friday sale price. My only regret is that I didn’t catch the name of the wonderful person who went above and beyond to help me complete my Christmas shopping. Thank you!"

"I ordered two bras because I friend told me that they were super comfortable. I got one bra and tried it on. Too Small! It was disappointing because I'd used your bra sizing chart but had to send it back and I get $7 taken out of my return because I used the Soma shipping label on the invoice? That seems unfair. THEN, I got the second bra and it wasn't even my order. The outside of the box was addressed to me but the invoice inside AND the wrong bra inside were clearly not mine. So, I sent that one back as well. So, after a month and a half, I still don't even know if I like Soma bras because I've never had one on in my true size. I'm leary to order again but I did order a navy blue wireless bra on clearance in the size up from the first bra I got that was too small. I'm still waiting on that one to come in the mail. If it is the wrong one or still doesn't fit, I'm giving up on Soma."

"Ordered 11/26, somehow sent to old address, weird since Soma has sent things to new address. I called when I discovered wrong address. I was told can not do anything until package back to Soma. Package was sent back day of delivery and still supposedly in limbo. It’s 12/17! No outreach from Soma, I will not be shopping at Soma in the future."
