"Ordered a pair of pjs I saw during online sale and planned for pick-up at my local store. Order was confirmed and sent an email alert to watch for online notification before stopping to pick up my order.
After one week —still no notification regarding pick up. So I called my local store to check. “No we have nothing for you.” Employee recommended calling customer service. I called and found out my “local store must have been unable to fulfill my order” and my order was kicked out of the system—with no attempt to fulfill my order by mail or from another store plus no notification directly to me.
“Sorry.” No attempt to try to fulfill my order or honor the sale price on a different pair of pjs.
Very disappointed! Not impressed with customer service at the store or company.
