"Before Thanksgiving, I ordered one Holiday pajama set in Small Long. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when I excitedly opened the package I loved the black and red checked cool nights fabric. I immediately started to take it apart to laundry when I noticed a tape with L on the front. To my disappointment, the inside tags also confirmed Large. The invoice correctly stated *S*. It is my opinion that your system, using LONG instead of TALL, caused the human picking error. Couple that with such an extended shipping time, I had no chance to get what I wanted, at all. I was told that the Smalls were out "across the board". It is interesting that this is the second straight year with a bad ending for Christmas pjs for my family. Last year, my niece ordered 6 matching sets for all the women in the family. Mine were the *only* ones to arrive! With that as a backdrop, I'm surprised I gave It a go, but I chalked it up to her busy working life with kids and presumed she ordered too late. Not so, evidently. I feel lucky that I've got a label for shipping. It was not forthcoming. I had to say I thought it was bad business for a company to mess up the order and then expect me to v pay to return them. The customer service lady did offer me 25% on my next telephone order...but now it's on me to remember to CALL. Not a great transaction all around. "

Used my PayPal to pay and quick and easy I was done. Due to Covid and Christmas online shopping it is taking a bit longer to receive them but I am happy waiting since I have numerous other Soma bras to wear until the new ones arrive."

"I placed an order online at Soma.com for pick up at the store. When the retail store contacted me to come pick up the item, I went to the retail mall and the store was closed! There was a handwritten sign on the door stating that the store was closed due to an "emergency" and to call the phone numbers on the sign. I called the numbers, no answer. I waited at the store, nothing. I went to the neighboring stores in the retail mall and asked them what had happened with Soma store closing and both neighboring retail stores stated they close often at random and everyone is baffled... I left after waiting around for 45 minutes. 2 days later an employee called me to tell me they were putting my item back in stock for failing to come pick it up! I told the employee that I tried to pick it up and they were closed. The young employee was a brat and hung up on me. Never again! Horrible Customer Service! "
