Disappointed that I couldn’t get a refund for this article. I have supported soma online and in person a lot over the past 6 months. "Package never arrived. Contacted customer service who told me the tracking showed it had shipped but not been delivered. I knew that already. Was told to contact my local PO. Said if they couldn’t find it I would be issued a refund. They should have offered to replace my order at the same price I paid originally while a sale was in progress. Soma CS used to be wonderful. Don’t know what happened."
