"Asked for a price adjustment as my items went from 30 to 40% off in a matter of hours. Was told I had to call for the adjustment although they acknowledged that my items qualified for the additional amount off. Then whenever I called I would be on hold anywhere from 8 to12 minutes before the line hung up. And I have not received the items (estimate to receive them Dec 7-10-ordered the Sunday after Thanksgiving) but as of today December 13 they haven’t even shipped yet. What the heck happened to Somas customer service??? Terrible "
"I work with an elderly woman who ONLY wears Soma pajamas. She loves them and they stand the test of time. In an effort to get her a set for Christmas, I went online and barraged by pop-ups, challenges in finding corresponding tops AND bottoms and waaaayyyy too much, 'try this! try that!' I wanted to make a simple purchase. They turned me off completely. Next time, (when there's no Covid), I'll skip the online and head for a store."

"Bought 4 bras to get the BOGO 2nd 50% off on 2 of them and was only shipped 3 bras and I would've either selected another bra to get 50% on the 4th one or only bought 2. I only ordered at that time to utilise the BOGO deal and was not given the option to add a different bra or remove the 3rd one from the order. The system needs to show items out of stock before you are allowed to purchase them not after they ship."
