Ordered the item on September 9th. Item was shipped to me on 09/12/2011 and i received it 9/15/11. The packaging was good and all the items were shipped. I had a problem with the head unit and called the manufacturer who walked me through a test process. They instructed me to ship it back to sonic for an exchange or to them for repair. I sent it back to sonic using their UPS shipping link. At a further cost of $12.00, i shipped the item on 9/16/11 after speaking to a rep who generated the RMA. The item was delivered on 9/22/11. I called on 9/23/11 to verify that it was received but also to ask when the exchange would be shipped. They lost any further business from me when the rep informed me that they need 5 business days to process/check the item before they will determine if another one would be shipped out. I could drive from Georgia to California three times during this time. Today is 9/25/11 and i still have no radio in my car since i already removed the original accomodate the new one. I normally use other electronic sites for shopping but choose Sonic because they had the clearest pictures and best lay out of the features on this item. Hopefully i will get my head unit at some point!!!

I received the Unit finally on Monday 10/10/2011. Thats 24days to exchange one item. Neil Armstrong's trip to the moon was four days! A Sonic Representative called me and i tried to explain to him that the process was taking too long but it did not seem to help.

The item was well packaged and was new as promised. Its in the car and everything is working as the manufacturer advertised.

Sonic has a very Good Website and i will continue to shop with them but they need to speed up the shipping and exchange process. When customers order and buy merchandise they expect timely delivery."
