"I ordered a piece of memorabilia that took over a month to be delivered. I am in Canada so I expected delays, but the process was ridiculous. I ended up having to speak to 5 separate representatives to get my piece. The first 4 people were very friendly, but told me that they were looking into the issues with my delivery and they did not. I was told twice that I would be contacted with information and no one called on each occasion. No notes or requests were put onto my order history for 3 of the 4 contacts that I made. Moving to the positive - I finally connected with representative Andrea Stiner. She was able to get my item to me within 6 days (including a weekend). Her service was exemplary. She was calm, polite and remarkably efficient. I would order again, but I would be concerned about the consistency of the personal with this company. "
