"Extremely unhappy with customer service. Ordered a framed autograph picture and was sent a picture without the frame. Called and was told it would be corrected within two days. 4 days later problem is still not corrected and they seem irritated that I call for follow up. They cannot tell me when it will be completed and shipped all I get is promise for follow up and horrible customer service when I call in to check on it. Only the supervisor Jason was helpful at all."
