"Ingrid Padron, was very professional, nice and informative. She calmed me by keeping me updated which I appreciated.
I ordered on 6-1-12, paid an additional $20.00 for two day shipping. On 6-4-12 I was informed the item that I had purchased was out of stock and backordred. This should have been made CLEAR before I ordred. It was not. I feel I should be credited $20.00 back to my account.My item did arrive on 6-14-12.Probably will not deal with SportsMemorabilia again. On a positive note I am satisfied with the item I received, and again Ingrid was GREAT.

"WOW! Where to begin?

So, my beau is becoming an American citizen. He's lived in the U.S. for over 20 years and has been going through the citizenship process for over 4 years. I am a military member and it is always a compliment when somebody wants to become a citizen of this great country we work so hard to preserve. It is probably one of the highest compliments a civilian can pay a military member. And,with that, I wanted to do something very special for V when he finally makes it to that day. He had lived the majority of his U.S. time in NYC until a few years ago when he moved to Hawaii. Living in New York, he became an avid baseball fan, and not just a baseball fan, but a NY Mets fan. His commitment to our country and his desire to be an "American" is stronger than that of a lot of Americans I know. Recently the thought popped into my mind that he is "as American as baseball and apple pie". :) Eureka!! That is when I got the idea to get him an autographed baseball, signed by his favorite NY Met. That, along with a home made apple pie and a flag that will be flown above the USS Arizona Memorial the day he swears in as a citizen, will be his gift(s) when he becomes a citizen. I had never bought sports memorabilia of this sort and was a little nervous, but after a little bit of research decided to purchase from SportsMemorabilia.com. I made the phone call to place the order because I generally prefer to talk to a human vs. ordering on the computer. I was happy to find that they offered a military discount, but was a bit saddened when I found that they did not offer an expedited shipping service to Hawaii. We didn't yet have the specific date for the swearing in ceremony, but I wanted to be sure I had the ball in my hands before it happened. That's o.k., though.....I wanted that ball and I wanted that sentiment for V when he took his oath and pledged his allegiance so I just proceeded with the order.

When I received the e mail confirming my order, I immediately replied to the e mail asking if there was any way to get a replica certificate of authenticity or a photo or SOMETHING that I could use the day of to present to V. I was mildly surprised when I got a response from Jane Tesoriero asking me for all pertinent information so that she could help me as best as possible. I responded and shared briefly what I was doing with the ball and she went into hyper drive to help me out. I won't get into specific details with regards to numbers, but Jane made it happen and found a way to expedite the ball to me. I called her personally to arrange all this and was so touched that she took such concern in my situation. She was so very personable with me that I felt like I was hanging up with a friend when our phone call ended and not just some customer service rep on the other end of a phone. I got off the phone with her on Monday knowing that the ball was going to be expedited and thinking I'd have it on Friday. I GOT THE BALL WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure I can express just how happy I am right now. Jane took it upon herself to contact me daily to let me know where in the delivery process my ball was. Amazing. It is good to know that even in today's cyber commercial world I can still get amazing and personal customer service. I will forever recommend sportsmemorabilia.com to all of my friends and family who may be in the market for some great stuff.

"I had never heard of the company before I found them by a search on the web. We were looking for a gift for our pastor at a going-away dinner. I put in my order for a helmet then called the company after I hadn't heard anything about the shipping for several days (the item was listed as "in stock." I was very disappointed when I was told that the item wouldn't even be shipped until the end of the week. When I explained our situation and my disappointment, Michelle went to work like a whirlwind. After checking the warehouse and scheduling, she upgraded the order and had it delivered by Friday. I'm looking at it now, and Michelle would make me trust SportsMemorabilia again."

Turns out the invoice was picked up by my spam filter - but Christine with customer service quickly and patiently resolved the issue. She made sure the item arrived on time by upgrading my shipping to a quicker option at no charge and kindly pointed me in the direction of my spam filter for the invoice. "I had ordered an item from SportsMemorabilia.com, and there was a delay of a few days due to a mix up at the warehouse. I emailed Chiristine, the Customer Service Rep, and she resonded promptly and courteously. She explained the issue, apologized for my inconvenience, and assured me that I would receive my order very soon. My order arrived 2 days later. She was very diligent in following with me up to make sure that I received it, and that I was satisfied. I was. She also provided me with a 10% discount on my next purchase (which I will be using next week). Thank you for the great customer service Christine. It is rare these days. I work as a supervisor in a customer service capacity, and I appreciate Christine's efforts."

"I originally ran into troubles with this company when attempting to return a framed photo. I had a rude male customer service rep and an unsympathetic manager speak with me. About a week later, Joe, VIP sales manager, called and ironed everything out. Following posting on this website I also received an email from another rep looking to fix the problem. After it is all said and done, I have a new framed photo that we are thrilled with. I would recommend sportsmemorabilia.com, but I will check package for damage immediately- regardless of gift status. Thanks!"

"Purchased a "autographed" hockey picture and didn't notice that the signatures with "facsimile" signatures in the description. received the product and noticed this. called customer service to return the item and they told me they can't take returns on signed items. my item is not signed. the autographs are engraved and she insisted they can't take returns on signed items. my item IS NOT SIGNED! told me that it's my fault for not knowing all the details of the product and told me she's not doing anything about it. i will never buy anything from here again nor will i recommend this site to anyone."

"Its difficult to find good customer service these days. I was helped by Christine getting my purchase shipped to my girlfriend just in time for her birthday. She was incredibly nice and made sure she would receive it in time for her birthday. I can not recommend them enough. I wish i could give their customer service 100 stars. They got your back!!!!!!

"Hi,
I had the pleasure of working with Christine who is a Customer Representative at SportsMemorabilia. I had a huge problem with receiving the wrong merchandise and it was a gift for a party that was taking place two days from the day I finally received the autographed puck. Christine immediately went to work to fix the problem and not only did she get me another puck (which I may add was actually a more expensive choice - at no charge to me) but more importantly she had it FEDEX out that same night and I had the package in my hand by 5:00 the next day. The recipient of the gift was thrilled and I was not embarrassed that I did not have the gift for the surprise party. Thanks to Christine's quick action everything was fine. "PROBLEM RESOLVED- Great outcome

I ordered an item, AN EXPENSIVE ITEM at that ($650.00, so you'd assume they'd care to keep a customer who is interested in big ticket items) on Dec 28th. It said it would be received (usually same day or next) and shipped on that day. I had received confirmation that the order had been received but on Jan 3 I followed up becuase there was no record that it had been sent. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was put in touch w a customer service representative that said they were waiting on a plaque and it had arrived that day and should be sent the next day. When I still hadn't heard about shipping, I followed up on Jan 9. I called twice, was put on hold for 30 minutes before it hung up on me both times. I then called back the third time and chose the option that I was PURCHASING an item and my call was answered immediately. When I asked about my item, they said they were waiting on tracking down pictures but it would be sent the next day. I said I'd been told this, and told him about my issues w getting in contact (ie. dropped calls, not getting an answer). I was given his personal line and told he would inform me if the shipment did not go through. The next day I followed up w an online representative (since the line he gave me was constantly busy) and they said it would be shipped that day but they did not have a tracking # as of yet, but I would be notified. While I still haven't received my confirmation of shipping today (or yesterday, obviously) I again tried the direct number I was given (still busy) and tried an online service representative again. Again, I was told that it would be shipped today. When I told them I've been told that a few times, they said they would look into the warehouse, which ended up being closed. I've been told that I will be contacted to see if it has been shipped today later, and will be waiting on that. All I can say is that it is beyond frustrating to be told the same thing every day and it is almost impossible to get in contact with them or to find out what is going on with my product. Not one promise to follow up with information (shipped or not) so I can stay in the loop on my expensive purchase (a gift) has been made, and I've had to track them down in each instance. Since I still have yet to receive the product to even assess if it is quality, or worth any of this tireless hounding to simply KNOW where it is, I can't even attest to their product, but needless to say, for now I say be VERY, VERY WARY of this site.

***UPDATE***

I was contacted by Joe, who fixed everything. He managed to figure out all of the complications and shipped with next-day service to get the gift to where it needed to be. He also gave me a direct line, email, and said he would ship me something I liked for free (without any border tax, since I live in Canada). The recipient was beyond happy w the product he received, so the only issue was in finding the right person to help out, not the product itself. Joe said he was fixing all the issues with service representatives that I explained to him about my experience... So overall, I'd say just make sure if you have any issues you ask to speak to a manager and everything will get sorted out much quicker. Otherwise, the products are great and I'd shop there again for sure.

"I purchased an autographed hockey puck for my husband for Christmas on December 8th. Due to a busy schedule, I didn't follow up until the 16th when I still hadn't received a shipping notice. I was told that the item should ship over the weekend and was assured it would be there by Christmas. On Monday when still hadn't received noticed,I tried calling but was on hold and could't remain on the line. Today I finally received notice that the item shipped on the 19th but won't arrive until the 28th. So now I won't have the special present I had hoped to give my husband and am now scrambing to find a last minute replacement. I will not do business with this company again. "

"I have known my boyfriend for 21 years and he has always been a wonderful person, but we just started dating 5 months ago. I wanted his birthday to be absolutely perfect.
