Instead of telling me that they couldnt sell it to me for the mistake. They worked with me and gave me a reasonable discount that we were both happy with. "I have to say that my www.sportsmemorabilia.com experience absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’ve purchased sports memorabilia from other online and store front companies in the past and I was sceptical at first having never dealt with this company. Their prices were significantly lower than the other companies I’ve dealt with and I questioned the authenticity of their products.
Not much of a computer geek, I chose to contact the company directly via telephone and the staff member (Joe) I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the product and reassured me that the product I wanted to order would be the one I would receive.
The product was shipped from the USA to Canada in five days with no brokerage/duty fees (USPS) and arrived in pristine condition. I have no questions about the authenticity of the product given that I have several other autographed memorabilia from the same athlete.
In all, I was very satisfied with the service and the product I received. I will certainly shop with this company again without hesitation and will be referring my friends to www.sportsmemoribilia.com for all their sports memorabilia needs!

" I ordered an Albert Pujols autographed bat from SportsMemorabilia with authentications from MLB, sportsmemorabilia.com and Albert Pujols, when the bat arrived it only had the sm.com and a PSA/DNA authentication. While PSA is good, MLB and Pujols is better. I contacted the company and spoke with customer representative Christine who was very helpful in getting the situation resolved. She contacted the warehouse manager and got me the bat with the authentications I wanted, and sent a UPS label to send back the original bat. While it took a little longer to get the product I wanted, Sportsmemorabilia.com and Christine were diligent in fixing the situation hassle-free. I've purchased from the company in the past and would recommend them to others."

"BUYER BEWARE!! I was interested in buying a signed Derek Jeter authentic World Series 2009 Jersey and put it in the cart. The next day I got a mail if there was a problem since the jersey was still in the cart. I looked at the inventory again and the jersey was no longer there. So I told the guy, Joe U., that since it's sold I'm not interested. He then let me know that he still had the jersey. We went back and forth about the price and in the end he agreed on my offer. After a week I received the package. In it was a signed and framed (as ordered) Derek Jeter jersey. BUT it wasn't the one we agreed on. First it was not signed on the front. Second it was just a "regular" jersey and they just put a World Series patch on the wrong sleeve (!) behind the glas! I'm still angry about this fraud. Joe called it a mistake and I returned the jersey. Despite many mails from my part I haven't heard back from them. I'm now trying to get my money back from them. But for paid fees etc. I will loose about $300. Thanks Joe for that..."
"I recently turned to SportsMemorabilia.com for assistance in purchasing 2 autographed & framed photos for a very important customer. The webiste was easy to use and I placed my order quickly. Almost immediately, I received confirmation of my order, which didn't surprise me. What did surprise me was the level of service that I received from Christine. She sent a separate e-mail letting me know that she would be following my order from beginning to end and that if at any point in the process I had a question or concern, that I should call or e-mail her directly. The next e-mail I received was her letting me know that my order had shipped, she provided tracking, and gave me an ETA for the order. While this might seem trivial, good follow-through and customer service have become a thing of the past for many companies. Christine went the extra mile and even went as far as responding quickly to a couple of e-mails that I sent her with questions. I work in sales and for me the most important part is not just making a sale, it's about giving the customer the best possible service & support so that they continue to think of me for their future needs. Christine did an excellent job and while I have ordered from SM.com before, I had not had this level of service. In fact I wasn't sure that I should use SM.com, but now that I've been helped by Christine, there is no doubt that I'll turn to SM.com again in the future.
